The Herb Collection - Oil & Vinegar Trio

The Herb Collection includes 3 - 200ml bottles: Basil Olive Oil, Traditional Balsamic and Garlic Olive Oil packed in a gift box. 

BASIL OLIVE OIL: It is fresh, green, and herbal. Basil and olive oil are two integral ingredients in Mediterranean cooking and it was just obvious to us that the two would be wonderful together. Try it on a summer salad or caprice and let your taste buds travel to the shores of the Mediterranean.

TRADITIONAL BALSAMIC: This spectacular vinegar comes naturally without thickeners or added sugar, from a lengthy aging process and cooking in copper kettles. It's exceedingly rich, complex and dense as is aged using the Solera System for up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash barrels. Use for vinaigrettes, glazes, marinades, bread dipping, drizzling over fruit, vegetables or to marinate meat and poultry.

Garlic olive oil pairs very well with just about any white balsamic, dark balsamic or fruit vinegar and is the essential finishing oil in many Mediterranean dishes.
