Our pitted queen green olives are grown and cured in small batches in Spain’s Seville region in a mild brine. Queen olives have a meaty texture and are light on salt, so the true olive flavor comes through. A lovely addition to salads, pizzas and pastas.
Olives are jarred in a salt, water and vinegar marinade. Serve chilled.
