To create this unique tapa, artisans carefully stuff a whole Largueta almond into each queen olive. Crunchy and nutty, these are balanced out by a mild brine that does not overwhelm their rich natural flavors. Grown and cured in small batches in Spain’s Seville region.
These olives are great in salads, hors-d’oeuvres, cheese, charcuterie platters, and cocktails.
Olives are jarred in a salt, water and vinegar marinade. Serve chilled.
