Cara Cara Orange Vanilla Balsamic

This confectionary white balsamic condiment is made from creamy, sultry Madagascar vanilla and bright, citrusy cara-cara oranges. It's absolutely delightful in vinaigrettes, marinades, fruit salad, sparkling water, mixed drinks, or drizzled over yogurt and vanilla ice cream. Try this over oatmeal, cream of wheat, or pancakes as well.

*Pairs well with the blood orange olive oil.

Classic martini flavor with a cream soda twist!


  • Dry Vermouth
  • 2 oz. vodka or gin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Olive Basin Cara Cara Orange Vanilla White Balsamic Vinegar


Pour a small amount of vermouth in to a chilled martini glass; swirl to coat the inside of the glass. Discard extra vermouth.

In a shaker full of ice, add the vodka or gin. Swirl gently and strain in to the glass. Slowly add the Olive Basin Cara Cara Orange Vanilla White Balsamic Vinegar. Garnish as desired.
