3 1/2 cups water
1 cup half-and-half or milk
1 (5 oz.) can crabmeat or desired, cooked seafood
1-2 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
Whisk together water and package contents in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add seafood and half-and-half or milk. Add sherry and salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
