We start our day here with a hearty breakfast, and quite often that means pancakes! This easy mix makes incredible pancakes.

DIRECTIONS FOR ABOUT EIGHT 4” PANCAKES: Preheat griddle to 400ºF. Mix 2/3 cup water and 1 cup of this pancake mix. Beat gently to form a batter. For thinner pancakes, add more water. For thicker pancakes, add more dry mix. Pour onto a hot griddle and flip once after bubbles break.
