Sweet, crunchy pickled garlic and the delicate taste and texture of queen olives make for one truly fantastic combination. Before packing each jar in a mild brine, artisans carefully stuff peeled garlic cloves that have been pickled in wine vinegar into each olive. Grown and cured in small batches in Spain’s Seville region.
These olives are great in salads, hors-d’oeuvres, and cocktails. You can also add them to your favorite pasta or pizza!
Olives are jarred in a salt, water and vinegar marinade. Serve chilled.
