These sweet onion stuffed manzanilla olives are grown and cured in small batches in Spain’s Seville region. They represent a real delicacy; these olives are carefully selected, stuffed with pickled onion and packed in a mild brine, so the salt does not overwhelm the pure olive flavor. Artisans carefully stuff pickled onion into each olive creating a well balanced crunchy texture.
These olives are great in salads, hors-d’oeuvres, cheese and charcuterie platters and cocktails.
