This dark, richly flavored jam is a favorite around here. If you love black raspberries, this jam is for you – plus we took the seeds out as a bonus. Great as is or mix it with cream cheese to make our Berry Delight Dip.
Ingredients: Black Raspberry Puree, Sugar, Corn Syrup, Water, Citric Acid, Pectin.
Manufactured in a facility that handles peanuts, eggs, and soy.
Featured Recipe: Creamy Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
This dressing was prepared by Huckleberry's Restaurant at the 2010 Kettle Berry Cooking Challenge which is part of the Berry Jam Festival.
Add all ingredients to a blender until thoroughly mixed and creamy. Refrigerate prior to serving over mixed salad greens.
At Kitchen Kettle we refer to our jars using three standard sizes:
We are required to label our jars with the actual net weight of the contents, rather than the volume. You'll notice our Half Pint jars will vary between 8 ounces and 10 ounces in net weight; our Pint jars range from 16 ounces to 20 ounces in net weight; and our Quart jars weigh between 32 and 36 ounces.
Why do the net weighs vary? Although we use the same size jar, a jam made with chunks of fruit will weigh more than a jelly that's made with just the juice of a fruit.
If you have any questions about our jars sizes, we're happy to help! Give us a call at 800-717-6198 or email us at sales@kitchenkettle.com

You can’t go wrong with Black raspberry jam or jelly. Sooooo good! Wow you guys know how to wrap jars. I had a little trouble getting into the jar, they were on really tight.
Love the Seedless Black Raspberry Jam but I'm really loving the Apple Raspberry Jam it is soo good. Would highly recommend the Jams from Kitchen Kettle. They taste like my grandmother's jam.
No matter what product I buy it is always wonderful. Seedless Black Raspberry Jam is one of my favorites and I have been buying it for years. If I cannot get to Kitchen Kettle Village I phone my order in and have them ship it. I am never disappointed.
Dickinsons stopped making it and then I remembered Kitchen Kettle which I have visited from the Bronx many times
and how they had a tremendous assortment of Jams and jellies. True to form they came to the rescue and are now
on my go-to mailing list.
