1 pack Country Style or St. Louis Style Pork Ribs, boneless or bone in
1/2 c. Kitchen Kettle Apple Butter Grilling Sauce
1/4 c. Kitchen Kettle Hickory Smoke Grilling Sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
In a small bowl, mix the apple butter grilling sauce, hickory smoke grilling sauce and brown sugar. Add more as needed or to taste.
Place the ribs on a platter and drizzle the marinade over the ribs. Place in the refrigerator and allow to sit for 30 minutes to an hour.
Grill the ribs on medium heat. Discard the remainder of the marinade.
Cook the ribs thoroughly, until the meat is white, usually around 20 minutes depending on the size of the ribs.
Be careful not to have the grill too hot or the outside of the ribs will burn, especially with the marinade on them. Be sure to turn the ribs periodically.
Remove ribs and place on a platter. Add more Kitchen Kettle sauce to the finished product if you prefer.
