Shipping Information


Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days via the United States Postal Service, FedEx, or United Parcel Service for delivery within 7 to 8 business days. All orders are shipped directly from Kitchen Kettle Village in Lancaster County, PA.

Shipping rates for your order are based on the total weight of your items and vary depending on the delivery location. Shipping for your order is calculated on the cart page or at checkout. 

All orders containing baked goods, fudge or meat & cheese products are usually shipped on the next Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday after ordering. These orders are processed so they will be delivered within two business days of shipping and may ship separately from other items on your order. Expedited shipping may be required for certain locations like the mid-west and pacific coast to ensure delivery within two business days. Expedited shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Please note that holidays may affect this schedule.

If you need your order by a particular date, we recommend calling our team at 800-717-6198 for assistance. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, but we can offer suggestions to ensure your order arrives close to your desired date. 

We offer shipping to many international destinations via the U.S. Postal Service. For assistance with international orders and shipping rates, please contact us at 800-717-6198 (Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm, EST).


Please verify the accuracy of your billing and shipping information before placing your order. We will ship to the address provided at checkout and we do not replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address.

  • A fee of $15 per package will be assessed if an address correction and/or shipment re-routing is requested after the order is confirmed. (This may not be an option for all packages). 

If you live in an apartment with a common mailroom, please consider shipping your package to an alternate address to minimize the risk of theft. Likewise, if you have experienced issues with package theft in the past, we recommend shipping to another safe address (family, friend or your workplace). If you are shipping to an address other than your own, please contact the recipient at that address so they are aware and able to accept the package on your behalf.

We do not reship or refund orders that have been tracked and delivered to the provided address.


Once your order is processed, you'll receive the carrier's tracking information via email to the address you provided. While many orders are delivered sooner, it may take 7-8 business days for your order to arrive. 

If your tracking number indicates that your order was delivered to the address provided but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you have any damaged or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right. Images of damaged or spoiled items may be required to request a replacement or refund.

However, Kitchen Kettle cannot be responsible for damaged or spoiled products due to the following:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address - Please verify any apartment, suite, or floor numbers with the recipient before completing your order. 
  • Shipments not opened immediately upon receipt. 
  • Orders sent to recipients who are out of town or unavailable at the time of initial delivery - Please notify the recipient of the pending arrival of a perishable delivery. 


If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the products in your order, please reach out to us right away. We may request details and photographs of the issue so we can make it right. Please keep all packaging and contents until we’ve resolved the issue to your satisfaction. Your happiness is our priority!
