Ingredients: 1 pint jar Kitchen Kettle Pickled Beets, drained; 1 15 oz. can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed; 2 garlic cloves, minced; 3 Tbsp. tahini; 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice; 1 1/2 tsp. cumin; 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper, or to taste; 3 Tbsp. Olive Basin Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 Tbsp. tahini
2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/4 tsp. ground black pepper, or to taste

Directions

Place all of the above ingredients into a blender or food processor.
Process until consistency of hummus, scraping down sides as needed.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
