Hot Pepper Jelly

Sweet pepper flavor with just the right amount of heat! Use atop pork or chicken, or make a simple vinaigrette to make your salad pop. Great also on cream cheese as a quick appetizer – just heat in the microwave for a few seconds and pour over the block of cream cheese. Serve with crackers. Definitely a pantry staple.

Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Corn Syrup, Green Peppers, Red Peppers, Jalapenos, Apple Cider Vinegar, Pectin, Citric Acid, Red Pepper Flakes.

Manufactured in a facility that handles peanuts, eggs, and soy.

Sweet Fire Wing Sauce


Add a little kick to your homemade wings!


  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Habanero Grilling Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Kitchen Kettle Hot Pepper Jelly
  • Cooked Wings


Mix together all ingredients together. Can be used as a dipping sauce or the cooked wings can be dipped in this sauce before they are served.

At Kitchen Kettle we refer to our jars using three standard sizes:

  • Half Pints - 8 ounces in volume
  • Pints - 16 ounces in volume
  • Quarts - 32 ounces in volume

We are required to label our jars with the actual net weight of the contents, rather than the volume. You'll notice our Half Pint jars will vary between 8 ounces and 10 ounces in net weight; our Pint jars range from 16 ounces to 20 ounces in net weight; and our Quart jars weigh between 32 and 36 ounces.

Why do the net weighs vary? Although we use the same size jar, a jam made with chunks of fruit will weigh more than a jelly that's made with just the juice of a fruit.

Harmony in your Mouth

The combination of the sweetness of the jelly and the spiciness of the hot pepper flakes make for a harmony of music in your mouth


Every morning treat on crackers. I love it. Wish it came in larger sizes.

Delicious hot pepper jelly

Put the hot pepper jelly over cream cheese and ate with crackers. It was delicious

Not just for cooking!

It is true that this jelly is great on meats and in other recipes, but it is absolutely delicious on toast. Especially rye toast. Give it a try, I'm sure you'll love it.
