Sold in blocks by the pound, 1/2 pound or 1/4 pound.

Amazing !!

Probably one of the best cheeses i’ve ever had. Definitely a little sweet and nutty but still has a good cheddar taste. I came here for my 21st birthday vacation and now will be ordering a pound of it. Absolutely amazing on crackers too!
