I can't review this item myself, since I purchased it for a friend whose mother is in assisted living and has diabetes, thinking she could share it with her. My friend told me she particularly liked the raspberry flavor, and said, "It doesn't taste like you're eating something with low sugar." Sounds like a five-star review to me!
