Mix & Match any 12+ Jars in our Canning Kitchen, Save 10%

We've taken the traditional flavor of orange marmalade and combined it with the tartness of cranberries. Our Kling House Restaurant places a generous dollop on each of their open-faced chicken salad sandwiches. Also great on grilled chicken or turkey as it's coming off the grill, or remove the top rind of a round of Brie, liberally spread on this marmalade and top with chopped pecans. Bake until the Brie is gooey but still firm. Serve with our old-fashioned crackers for a home run appetizer.

  • Spread it on toast, bagels, muffins, and anything else you want to add a burst of sweetness to
  • Elevate your cheese, yogurt, or other dairy products by adding a spoonful of flavorful fruit jelly, jam, preserve or marmalade
  • Add to your store-bought glazes, sauces, and dressings to make them sing!
  • Gluten free
  • Made at Kitchen Kettle Village in Lancaster County, from our own special recipe

Ingredients: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Cranberries, Orange Pulp, Water, Orange Peel (Water, Citric Acid), Pectin.

Manufactured in a facility that handles peanuts, eggs, and soy.

Featured Recipe: Cranberry Apple Crush

DESCRIPTION

Serve this at any holiday party.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 pint Kitchen Kettle Apple Cinnamon Jelly
  • 1 pint Kitchen Kettle Cranberry Orange Marmalade
  • 2 liters of Cranberry Ginger Ale (your favorite brand)

INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium-sized bowl, mix Apple Cinnamon Jelly and Cranberry Orange Marmalade together with a spatula. Pour ginger ale into a large pitcher or punch bowl. Slowly add the jelly/marmalade mixture and gently stir. Serve cold. Garnish with fresh apple slices, cranberries, and cinnamon sticks for a festive holiday punch!

At Kitchen Kettle we refer to our jars using three standard sizes:

  • Half Pints - 8 ounces in volume
  • Pints - 16 ounces in volume
  • Quarts - 32 ounces in volume

We are required to label our jars with the actual net weight of the contents, rather than the volume. You'll notice our Half Pint jars will vary between 8 ounces and 10 ounces in net weight; our Pint jars range from 16 ounces to 20 ounces in net weight; and our Quart jars weigh between 32 and 36 ounces.

Why do the net weighs vary? Although we use the same size jar, a jam made with chunks of fruit will weigh more than a jelly that's made with just the juice of a fruit.

If you have any questions about our jars sizes, we're happy to help! Give us a call at 800-717-6198 or email us at sales@kitchenkettle.com

The Best Marmalade Money Can Buy!!!!!

My wife grew up in Intercourse and worked at the Kling House restaurant in high school. They used this on the Chicken salad sandwich.
