This Italian ready-to-cook one pot risotto is the perfect way to make a delicious, creamy, authentic Italian risotto in minutes.

All the 100% natural ingredients you need for a delicious risotto are already included in the package, so you don't have to worry about anything else but boiling water.

The risotto is made with porcini mushrooms and white truffle oil, giving it a unique and intense flavor.

With this one-pot risotto, you will be able to always prepare a delicious, homemade meal with no effort and no mess in the kitchen.

DIRECTIONS: bring 750 ml of water and 2 or more tbsp oil to a boil in large non-stick skillet or pan. 
Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook over medium-low heat for 16 minutes, adding more water if needed. Remove the lid and keep cooking for 2 minutes or more UNTIL THE WATER IS ALMOST COMPLETELY ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY. Season to taste, drizzle with olive oil and add optional grated cheese before serving.  

SUGGESTIONS: add 1/4 of glass of white wine into the boiling water. During cooking add 2 anchovies fillets. Add the truffle oil just before serving.
