DIRECTIONS: Bring 3 1/4 cups of water and 4 tbsp oil to a boil in a large non-stick skillet or pan.
Stir in the content of the package, cover and cook over medium-low heat for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add more water as needed. Remove the lid and continue to cook for 2 minutes or more UNTIL THE WATER IS ALMOST COMPLETELY ABSORBED AND THE SAUCE IS CREAMY. Season to taste; add 1 or 2 tbsp warm water before serving with olive oil for drizzling and grated cheese.
SUGGESTIONS: during cooking add 100g of minced meat and some nuts.
