This relish is similar in taste to our Pepper Relish, but we've added jalapenos to spice up your taste buds. Try a half cup mixed with an 8 oz jar of Cheez Whiz to make our Hot Pepper Cheese Dip as a tasty topping for your next baked potato.
Ingredients: Green Peppers, Onions, Crushed Tomatoes [Tomato Concentrate (Water, Tomato Paste) and Citric Acid], Sugar, Water, Jalapenos, Red Peppers, Distilled Vinegar, Salt.
Manufactured in a facility that handles peanuts, eggs, and soy.
Featured Recipe: Hot & Spicy Garbanzo Dip
A hot, spicy but healthy dip!
Combine beans, lemon juice, Garlic Her Jelly and cumin in food processor, process to desired smoothness. Add scallions and hot pepper relish. Garnish with sliced black olives if desired and serve with pita wedges.
At Kitchen Kettle we refer to our jars using three standard sizes:
We are required to label our jars with the actual net weight of the contents, rather than the volume. You'll notice our Half Pint jars will vary between 8 ounces and 10 ounces in net weight; our Pint jars range from 16 ounces to 20 ounces in net weight; and our Quart jars weigh between 32 and 36 ounces.
Why do the net weighs vary? Although we use the same size jar, a jam made with chunks of fruit will weigh more than a jelly that's made with just the juice of a fruit.
If you have any questions about our jars sizes, we're happy to help! Give us a call at 800-717-6198 or email us at sales@kitchenkettle.com
Have been enjoying this relish for years.. just enough kick to it...
Very happy
Best relish ever. Sweet & slightly spicy with nice size chunks of vegetables. My favorite way to use it is a topping when I make frittatas.
On a resent vist to Lancaster, we found our way to Kitchen Kettle Village, What a wonderful experience. we purchase several items from diferent shops, but the favorite was the "Hot Peper Relish." Finished the jar before we left the next day. When we got home we went online and ordered a case of it. (Big Mistake not buying more when we were there!) A week later we only have three jars left. We use it on and in everthing. We use it on breakfast sandwiches, mix it in omelets, great on hotdogs, with steak and just as a late night snack with chips. Looking forward to coming back and stocking up on it. Thank you, and PLEASE don't change the recipe!
I always order the Hot Pepper Relish for use on burgers or pork roll sandwiches. It has the best flavor.
