2011 Tailgate Festival Recipe!

INGREDIENTS

• 2-10 oz. jars Blueberry Preserves
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1 cup orange juice
• 1-2 qt. bottle Cranberry Juice Cocktail
• 2 liter bottle 7-Up

INSTRUCTIONS

Remove the lids from the Blueberry Pomegranate Jam and place the jars in the microwave. Microwave until jam can be easily stirred. Place jam, lemon juice, orange juice, and cranberry juice cocktail in a punch bowl or large pitcher. Stir well and chill. Add the 7-Up right before serving. This can be garnished with orange or lemon slices, fresh blueberries or mint. Makes 1 gallon punch.
