Coconut White Balsamic




Our coconut white balsamic is wonderfully sweet, pleasingly tart and redolent with the clean, natural flavor of coconut. It makes a fantastic dressing or marinade, splash onto fruit salad, or enjoy in a cocktail.

*It's divine paired with our Persian Lime or Toasted Sesame oil.

Pina Colada Cole Slaw


Coleslaw with a touch of the tropics!


  • 1 cup Olive Basin Coconut Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cup Olive Basin Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar
  • 6 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 lbs shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 lb shredded carrots


Mix first four ingredients. Add cabbage and carrots. Mix well. 

Salt and pepper to taste

The best vinegar ever!

I am seriously addicted to the coconut balsamic vinegar! We use it for everything- tropical salad dressings, coconut Thai rice, coconut shrimp (without the guilt of breading and fried fats!), added to sparkling water with fresh squeezed lime juice for a guilt-free flavorful twist on a piña colada! I even take a tablespoon of it whenever I’m craving something sweet! I seriously panic when I am running low and quickly order more! Enjoy!!!
