I had tried a cheese from here years ago. LOVED IT!!! I was hoping this was it. It wasn't, but this one isn't bad. I like the taste and the texture. I believe what I had purchased before was like maybe a 15 year cheddar. I'm assuming it isn't made anymore. I will probably try again. I'm looking for something like the Kirkland Signature Coastal English Cheddar. This was close, but not exactly what I was looking for. I'm giving 5 stars because the cheese can't help that it wasn't exactly what I was looking for!!
