Apricot Jam

Imagine our apricot jam full of chunks of apricots spread thickly on a piece of crusty country bread or smeared on a warm croissant with a steaming cup of strong coffee to get your day started right. Or spread it on chicken the next time you bake it – it's great as a glaze.

Who wouldn't want to wake up to this dish?


  • 1/2 cup Kitchen Kettle Apricot Jam
  • 6 tbsp. orange juice
  • 1/2 tps. cinnamon
  • 2 pints strawberries, quartered


Combine apricot jam, orange juice and cinnamon. Stir until a smooth consistency is reached. Fold in strawberries that have been quartered and place on top of french toast, waffles or pancakes.
