I am seriously addicted to the coconut balsamic vinegar! We use it for everything- tropical salad dressings, coconut Thai rice, coconut shrimp (without the guilt of breading and fried fats!), added to sparkling water with fresh squeezed lime juice for a guilt-free flavorful twist on a piña colada! I even take a tablespoon of it whenever I’m craving something sweet! I seriously panic when I am running low and quickly order more! Enjoy!!!
