Drunken Goat Cheese

 Drunken Goat comes from the Murcia region of Spain, which is famous for its Doble Pasta wine as well as its excellent goat's milk. This fabulous cheese is flavored with a fruity and nutty, also with subtle note of caramel. It's purple rind comes from bathing in red wine, which is also what gives the cheese a fruity flavor.
