Espresso Balsamic

This aged balsamic vinegar is amazingly complex, with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee extract. It makes a fantastic glaze or bar-b-que base for pork, beef, or chicken. Add a shot to an "affogatto float" which calls for a tall mug of vanilla gelato scoops covered with coffee.

*Our naturally infused balsamic condiment is caramel color-free, free of added sugar or thickeners and aged in the wood barrels of the traditional Solera System in Modena, Italy.

  • Highly aromatic and intensely flavorful
  • Lower-fat alternative to many processed salad dressings
  • Great for adding a splash of brightness when finishing sauces and soups
  • Pair with your favorite cheese or reduce to a syrup and drizzle over ice cream for a decadent dessert
  • Mix with soda water for a refreshing spritzer, or with something harder for a specialty cocktail

Please note, our multi-purchase discount punch card system is offered only for in-store purchases and is not available for online and phone purchases.

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Basin Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon dry ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon ginger root, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb flank steak (can use sirloin or skirt steak)
