This jam tastes just like the filling of that popular fig cookie. A great complement to your next cheese board, it's also great on top of warmed brie.
Ingredients: Figs (Potassium Sorbate, Sulfer Dioxide added as preservatives), Sugar, Corn Syrup, Water, Citric Acid, Lemon Juice [less than 2% of sodium metasulfite and sodium sulfite (preservatives), lemon oil], Pectin.
Manufactured in a facility that handles peanuts, eggs, and soy.
Featured Recipe: Prosciutto Rolls
These roll-ups feature fig jam, goat cheese, arugula and more -bound to be a favorite at any party.
Whisk lemon juice, zest and oil. Mix garlic and goat cheese. Spread a thin layer of goat cheese on prosciutto, then fig jam and arugula with vinaigrette (lemon juice, zest & oil mixture), then roll-up & enjoy.
At Kitchen Kettle we refer to our jars using three standard sizes:
We are required to label our jars with the actual net weight of the contents, rather than the volume. You'll notice our Half Pint jars will vary between 8 ounces and 10 ounces in net weight; our Pint jars range from 16 ounces to 20 ounces in net weight; and our Quart jars weigh between 32 and 36 ounces.
Why do the net weighs vary? Although we use the same size jar, a jam made with chunks of fruit will weigh more than a jelly that's made with just the juice of a fruit.
If you have any questions about our jars sizes, we're happy to help! Give us a call at 800-717-6198 or email us at sales@kitchenkettle.com
My dad loves these jams! I’ve been getting him a couple every year as a holiday gift going on 6 years now. The fig jam is a staple, but he’s enjoyed every flavor he’s tried. He’s especially excited about the cherry this year!
Fig Jam
You are the only ones with fig jam, which I love!
I’ve been enjoying these jellies for years. Cream cheese with jelly, peanut butter with jelly, jelly on toast, jelly on a bagel, on pancakes, crackers, jelly on anything and everything. I love the variety and quality of these products. Better than anything I get a my local supermarket. Try it, you’ll like it.
