Delicious Garlic Bread to accompany your favorite pasta dish.
Preheat grill on medium setting. Place a little vegetable oil on a paper towel and using tongs, lightly oil the grate.
Using a pastry brush, brush garlic oil onto both sides of each bread slice. Lay on to oiled grate. Grill 1-2 minutes, depending on your grill, turn and grill 1-2 minutes more on the other side. Each side should have grill marks, however, this happens quickly, so take care not to overcook.
Place each slice on a platter, sprinkle cheese and parsley on to each slice. If desired, additional garlic oil can be drizzled on top.
My mother in law bought me this on a trip to PA. This is SO good! I add just a little to the pan with my veggies, shrimp, etc and it makes for such a flavorful meal! I’m buying more to be shipped to NC after writing this review :)
