Honey and ginger plays well together and brings a gentle, spicy heat which balances perfectly with the moderate, natural acidity of our white balsamic vinegar. Mix an amazing marinade with the vinegar, toasted sesame oil, our garlic extra virgin olive oil, and soy sauce.

DESCRIPTION

Potato salad with a little sweet and touch of spice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups mayo
  • 1 cup Dusseldorf mustard
  • 3/4 cup Olive Basin Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients. Add dressing to cooked diced red potatoes and chopped bacon.
