Pasta Marella is entirely family run, a few kilometers away from Bari, Italy. They produce traditional Apulian hand-made and bronze die extruded pasta using only local durum wheat semolina and other ingredients, and dried at low temperatures. The resulting product has a wonderful aroma and texture superior to other small produced pasta.
The name of this pasta literally translates to “odds and ends”. It’s an interesting mix of oversized short cuts. Use in mac and cheese, soups, stews, or with your favorite sauce.
