Our guests always ask; "What is Schmier?" Schmier is Dutch for spread; add that to Peanut Butter and you have a sweet treat. All kids, ages 2 - 102 will love this. We use this spread in so many ways – heat in the microwave and pour over ice cream or spread on homemade bread for an easy breakfast or lunch, use as a dip for apples or pears, spread between Ritz crackers and dip in chocolate or mix with cream cheese and marshmallow for a Harvest Fluff Dip.

Serve with apples, pears, old fashioned crackers or gingersnaps. It also tastes great when spread over pound cake.
Blend cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Add Kitchen Kettle Pumpkin Butter or Peanut Butter Schmier and blend thoroughly. Place in refrigerator to chill.

We are required to label our jars with the actual net weight of the contents, rather than the volume. You'll notice our Half Pint jars will vary between 8 ounces and 10 ounces in net weight; our Pint jars range from 16 ounces to 20 ounces in net weight; and our Quart jars weigh between 32 and 36 ounces.
Why do the net weighs vary? Although we use the same size jar, a jam made with chunks of fruit will weigh more than a jelly that's made with just the juice of a fruit.
