There is something wonderful about Pumpkin Bread hot out of the oven. You get to enjoy the smell first, and then once it's cool enough to eat the tasting begins! Use this mix to make bread or muffins.
DIRECTIONS FOR 12 MUFFINS: Beat 2 eggs. Add 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 1 cup of either Pumpkin Butter, Canned Pumpkin or Canned Pumpkin Pie Mix. Mix in entire contents of this bag and fill 12 muffin liner cups. Bake at 375ºF for 20 minutes.
FOR PUMPKIN BREAD: Make batter as above and pour into a greased 4-1/2” x 8” loaf pan and Bake for 55 minutes. Test for doneness.
