There is something wonderful about Pumpkin Bread hot out of the oven. You get to enjoy the smell first, and then once it's cool enough to eat the tasting begins! Use this mix to make bread or muffins.
This mix just requires 2 eggs, 1/3 a cup of vegetable oil, and 1 cup of Pumpkin Butter. Canned pumpkin or canned pumpkin pie mix may be used in place of the pumpkin butter.
