We celebrate this jam and its cousins at our annual Rhubarb Festival held the third Friday and Saturday of May. Tart rhubarb is offset with sugar and is perfect as is or as Rhubarb Salsa, which we mix with our Mild or Zesty Salsa. Also try our many Rhubarb Jam inspired drinks as well as the many other ways we have found to use this most versatile jam!
Ingredients: Rhubarb, Sugar, Corn Syrup, Water, Citric Acid, Pectin.

A tasty salad dressing!
Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well to blend. Serve over tossed greens. Makes 1/2 cup dressing.
