  • Made at Kitchen Kettle Village in Lancaster County, from our own special recipe
“The price of black raspberries has increased dramatically due to a poor growing season. Unpredictable weather patterns and other environmental factors have affected the growth and yield of black raspberries, resulting in a shortage of supply and a rise in prices. We understand the impact this may have on consumers, and we are working with our suppliers to ensure a high-quality product at the lowest possible price. Once we’re able to secure a lower price from our suppliers, we will pass the savings to consumers by lowering the price of our Seedless Black Raspberry Jam. Thank you for your understanding.”

Ingredients: Black Raspberry Puree, Sugar, Corn Syrup, Water, Citric Acid, Pectin.

Manufactured in a facility that handles peanuts, eggs, and soy.

Featured Recipe: Creamy Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

This dressing was prepared by Huckleberry's Restaurant at the 2010 Kettle Berry Cooking Challenge which is part of the Berry Jam Festival.

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Kitchen Kettle Seedless Black Raspberry Jam (melted)
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 large clove garlic, finely diced
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper (freshly ground if possible)

Add all ingredients to a blender until thoroughly mixed and creamy. Refrigerate prior to serving over mixed salad greens.

At Kitchen Kettle we refer to our jars using three standard sizes:

  • Half Pints - 8 ounces in volume
  • Pints - 16 ounces in volume
  • Quarts - 32 ounces in volume

We are required to label our jars with the actual net weight of the contents, rather than the volume. You'll notice our Half Pint jars will vary between 8 ounces and 10 ounces in net weight; our Pint jars range from 16 ounces to 20 ounces in net weight; and our Quart jars weigh between 32 and 36 ounces.

Why do the net weighs vary? Although we use the same size jar, a jam made with chunks of fruit will weigh more than a jelly that's made with just the juice of a fruit.

If you have any questions about our jars sizes, we're happy to help! Give us a call at 800-717-6198 or email us at

No matter what product I buy it is always wonderful. Seedless Black Raspberry Jam is one of my favorites and I have been buying it for years. If I cannot get to Kitchen Kettle Village I phone my order in and have them ship it. I am never disappointed.

Love that Black Raspberry Jam

Dickinsons stopped making it and then I remembered Kitchen Kettle which I have visited from the Bronx many times
and how they had a tremendous assortment of Jams and jellies. True to form they came to the rescue and are now
on my go-to mailing list.
