Sicilian Lemon Balsamic

Our Sicilian Lemon white balsamic is exceptionally versatile. It has both bright and sweet notes without the bitter and sour flavors characteristic of most lemon varieties. An all-around staple in the Mediterranean diet, this vinegar pairs nicely with just about any infused or Robust Super Premium EVOO. Whether you add a splash in homemade lemon curd, use it in a vinaigrette to dress kale, or reduce it and brush it on a warm bundt or pound cake. Our Sicilian Lemon balsamic will surely give a fresh sweet-tart lemon kick to all your favorites.

Featured Recipe: Sicilian Lemon Vodka Soda

    A fantastic summer refresher!

    • 4 oz. Club Soda, Perrier, or sparkling water
    • 1 oz. Olive Basin Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
    • 1.5 oz. Vodka (we like Tito's but anything will do)
    • 1 lemon wedge

Pour vodka, club soda, and balsamic vinegar into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with the lemon wedge and enjoy!

    Pro Hints
Make sure your drink is cold - the colder, the better! That means filling up the glass to the top with ice. Want bonus points? Store your vodka in the freezer to ensure the drink is as chilled as possible. One last thing - go for the small bottles of club soda, they tend to be ultra-carbonated which will add that extra bit of fizz to your drink.
