Best balsamic ever!

My family and I stumbled upon The Olive Basin as we were driving around Lancaster, and I’m so glad we did. We tried many dark balsamics, and I finally decided on the strawberry (along with several others) Since we were traveling, we had it shipped to our home. I waited excitedly for my package, and in that time I “forgot” how wonderful the balsamics tasted—I mean, could it really be as good as I thought? Upon receiving my package (which was packed with care), I mixed it with a little olive oil to make a quick vinaigrette and poured it over some spring mix and feta. It was better than I remembered—sweet from the strawberries and not at all astringent as cheaper balsamics tend to be. I was tempted to lick the plate, but I didn’t want to be a bad example for my kids at the dinner table. Definitely worth the wait.

Love Balsamic Vinegar’s!

I was given a bottle of Balsamic Vinegar as a gift over five years ago and I’ve been hooked ever since!
In addition to loving the different flavors, I’ve had a problem with nausea most of my life and a few years ago I accidentally discovered the Balsamic Vinegar’s stop my nausea instantly!
