18 Year Traditional Balsamic




This spectacular vinegar comes naturally without thickeners or added sugar, from a lengthy aging process and cooking in copper kettles. Our 18 Year Traditional Balsamic has the perfect balance and structure of sweet and sour, notes of prune and caramel with a creamy texture. Exceedingly rich, complex and dense our aged balsamic is a premium example of a high quality balsamic condimento that pairs well with almost every olive oil in our collection. Use for vinaigrettes, glazes, marinades, bread dipping, drizzling over fruit, vegetables or to marinate meat and poultry.

A healthy salad perfect for any time of the year.


  • 1 - 34 oz. (qt.) jar Kitchen Kettle Corn Relish
  • 2 Cups dried black beans
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Basin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Basin Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. dried cilantro


Mix all ingredients thoroughly and marinate overnight in refrigerator.

Perfect Balsamic!

This is THE best balsamic vinegar I have ever found! Have introduced it to friends, who weren’t keen on balsamic, finding them generally too acidic. But not this one! New converts and more on the way! Excellent product!!

Great product. Haven't had another balsamic vinegar since my first taste at Kitchen kettle village!


This is the best balsamic I’ve ever had. I can’t really have any others now. I use it plain on salads, or just with raw tomatoes or any other veggies, often without olive oil. If I’m craving sweet, this takes care of it.
