Vidalia Onion Relish

Choose your size

We took the sweet mild flavor of a Vidalia Onion and mixed it with our secret blend of sweet red peppers, vinegar and sugar to make the most delicious topping you will ever put on a burger! Hunters say it's a must for their wild game.

Ingredients: Vidalia Onions, Sugar, Water, Red Peppers (Red Bell Peppers, Water, Vinegar, Citric Acid, Salt, Sugar, and Calcium Chloride), Distilled Vinegar, Salt.

Manufactured in a facility that handles peanuts, eggs, and soy.

Featured Recipe: Vidalia Vinaigrette

A homemade salad dressing recipe straight from our head chief at the Kling House, TJ Quinn.

  • 1 qt Kitchen Kettle Vidalia Onion Relish
  • 1 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 4 floz extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 floz honey

Place all ingredients in blender, blend on high for a minuet or two and your good to go!

At Kitchen Kettle we refer to our jars using three standard sizes:

  • Half Pints - 8 ounces in volume
  • Pints - 16 ounces in volume
  • Quarts - 32 ounces in volume

We are required to label our jars with the actual net weight of the contents, rather than the volume. You'll notice our Half Pint jars will vary between 8 ounces and 10 ounces in net weight; our Pint jars range from 16 ounces to 20 ounces in net weight; and our Quart jars weigh between 32 and 36 ounces.

Why do the net weighs vary? Although we use the same size jar, a jam made with chunks of fruit will weigh more than a jelly that's made with just the juice of a fruit.

If you have any questions about our jars sizes, we're happy to help! Give us a call at 800-717-6198 or email us at sales@kitchenkettle.com

Give me that old Sweet Vidalia!!!

I wrote a review after Christmas which is still posted the last I looked. Pepper Relish and Pepper Jelly have always been my favorites among so many of your great products. I started with the additional Vidlalia Onion Relish about ten years ago and it has also become a traditional favorite in my household. What more can I tell you. I continue to purchase it and that I think that speaks for itself. I also love your Apple Butter. I've been visiting you folks since you first opened and that area of the country was all farmland. There were no outlets or malls. I use to camp at Millers and before there was a Miller's Restaurant on Pennsylvania Rt. 30, there was as I remember the same original establishment named Seven Sweets and Sours. It was so pristine and bucolic back then. As I recall there were three Amish family style restaurants i.e. Good and Plenty, Plain and Fancy, etc. and that was about it. I must say that I love the Kitchen Kettle Village. Your establishment is the place I always frequent when I am traveling north to New England. Your food samples alone boggle the mind. I am in the autumn of my years now and do very little traveling, but I don't hesitate to order when I know I want the best. Thank you for your wonderful products and fine tradition. I am one very appreciative customer.
