    It's fabulous as a marinade 1-2 days for venison strapback. Used half of the medium size bottle. Then cook in a smoker if possible...to die for, as the saying goes!

    Your oils and vinegars are the absolute best. I use the dark chocolate balsamic on beef and in salads with the orange oil.
